We Ain't Cooks!

Our first travel episode! Kyle goes to Italy with his friends Eddie and Kim while David, who phones in, goes to Bucharest, Romania, and Greece with his lady Ammanda. David cleans out his freezer before his big trip to Greece and makes spareribs. Before he goes to Italy, Kyle makes pork shoulder tacos after ruining his first attempt, turkey tenderloin tacos. We ain't got but an hour to make these dishes before the Game of Thrones returns. Kyle sticks to what he knows and cooks up a salmon thing with spicy cauliflower, and David spends hours slow cooking an ox tail to what could only be described as head-smashingly delicious. David makes an apple wood smoked chicken with Carolina mustard glaze that will make your ears water. Kyle, the Goofus to David's Gallant, makes broccoli cheddar fritters and a scratch-made carrot ginger soup, but has to puree it with his smoothie machine. Kyle maybe could have suffocated himself from the smoke of frying up pork and chicken schnitzel in his WIP kitchen (there isn't actually a fan), but at what price a happy full belly? Warm potato salad, at that. David grills up a chicken thigh and bakes some zucchini and likely risked no physical danger to himself.
